Important Information Regarding Your High-Speed Internet Service |

Your standard email service has been suspended to protect against sending viruses and spam.
You will need to follow the 5 important steps below to get your computer secured and restore
standard email service.
In the meantime, you are still able to surf the Internet and send mail via
http://mail.charter.net.
Please follow these important steps:
- Raise a personal firewall.
- Download critical updates for your operating system.
- Use up-to-date antivirus software.
- Use anti-spyware software to remove spyware/adware and other unwanted programs from your computer.
- After you have completed these steps, call our Security Resolution Team to get your email service restored. The Security Resolution Team is available at (866) 229-7289, Monday through Friday 8AM - 8PM (Central Time), Saturday and Sunday 8AM - 5PM (Central Time).
